By most, The Initial Command is considered to be the debut album by the project around Bill Leeb and Rhys Fulber, although there have been a number of Tape releases before.

This album by the EBM/Dark Ambient masters was originally released on Belgian KK Records.

This is the album that started it all, launched just after Bill Leeb left industrial outift Skinny Puppy. The album has been re-released since several times, including the marvelous 2P version on MECANICA in 2022.
